Health and safety measures are essential to keep employees content and engaged, which will have a an immediate impact on their performance.
In addition keeping healthy and proper relationships between management and employees helps to avoid conflicts that can affect your overall efficiency of an organization. The most important thing is to adhere to not ignoring the laws governing employment and labour that regulate all of the above tasks to get the purpose of securing a job.
